We hear you, we see you, we represent you… Look forward to regular updates from the council about the important news at POP and opportunities to ask questions and give us your ideas. Council Connect is a new initiative council is working on to foster communication and create a strong shared sense of community as we work together to do the good and important work at POP. Council Connect will include monthly short updates during the service and coffee with the council after those services as an opportunity for members to ask questions or discuss ideas with council, and announcements in the ENews with monthly updates of important happenings. Also, look for a suggestions/questions box in the Welcome Center where you can offer input for council or ask questions you would like us to answer in our announcements. We want to hear from you and we want you to hear from us. Click HERE for the most current finance report. |

Wednesday, August 7th is also available, from 2:30-5:30 pm SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE At Prince of Peace, we know how important it is to invest in the future of our community. That’s why we’re supporting students this back-to-school season by hosting a School Supply Drive for CEAP, our community safety net! Having essential school supplies helps students feel prepared and known at their community is investing in their education and their future – it helps them know that someone cares. Our drive will run from JULY 1st – AUGUST 4th, and you can donate by bringing suggested items right here to Church. SUGGESTED ITEMS CAN BE FOUND HERE. When kids don’t have the supplies they need in class, it really impacts their learning. We owe it to our youngest neighbors to set them up for success! POP is partnering with CEAP to ensure that the students of our community feel prepared and cared for and can focus on learning and growing this school year. |
