A Letter from Pastor Ben
Dear Prince of Peace,
Holy greetings from California! I am writing to share with you the formal acceptance of
your call to me to serve as your pastor. I am humbled and excited to begin our journey
together and for our return to Minnesota.
As I engaged in conversation with the call committee, I was impressed with the energy,
commitment, and optimism of Prince of Peace. I love your commitment to “grow deep
and reach out” as it suggests the ongoing need to develop our relationship with God
and strengthen our love of neighbor. I welcome the opportunity and challenge to walk
with you and discover all that God has in mind for us.
I will conclude my current ministry and begin my journey to Minnesota in late June. My
first day of work will be July 1, joining you for worship on July 5. In the meantime, please
know I will be praying for you, and I ask for your prayers for our family. I look forward to
meeting each of you and the work God has called us to.
